Seller

The seller of Warmvane is Tomasz Matusiak, Przygraniczna 21A, 80-298 Czaple, Poland, selling as unregistered business activity (no VAT/NIP number). Contact: tomasz.matusiak@post.pl.

14-day right of withdrawal

Consumers (and, under Polish law, individuals concluding a contract not of a professional character) generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.

Digital-services exception

Warmvane is a digital service supplied immediately. At checkout you give express consent to begin the service before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal once performance has begun (Art. 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU). Because access is activated as soon as payment is confirmed, withdrawal is no longer available after activation.

When a refund is possible

No auto-renewal

Access is a one-off purchase for the chosen period (30 or 90 days) and does not renew automatically. There is nothing to cancel — if you do not buy another period, access simply lapses and no further charges are made.

How to request a refund

Email tomasz.matusiak@post.pl from the address linked to your account. Approved refunds are returned via the same payment channel used for the purchase.
